The ABA Public Contract Law Section published an article by government contracts of counsel James J. McCullough and tax associate Shane C. Hoffmann titled "Inverted Domestic Corporations: The Government Contract Restriction and Proposed Enhancements." The article discusses a recent uptick in corporate inversions, the existing government contract regulatory environment, and various tax considerations for inversion, among other issues. Tax partner Alan S. Kaden provided insight and guidance on the article’s tax discussion.
