Fried Frank Featured in The American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week Series

The American Lawyer featured a Fried Frank team led by litigation partner Steven M. Witzel, including litigation partners Lawrence Gerschwer and Joshua D. Roth and litigation associates Kira M. Whitacre, Leigh G. Rome and Brian G. Remondino in the "Litigator of the Week" column. On September 1, 2017, the team secured a major victory for client William Tirrell, former Managing Director and Head of Regulatory Reporting at Bank of America and Chief Financial Officer at Merrill Lynch. The nearly four-year investigation and yearlong litigation concluded with a settled order on a “neither admit nor deny” basis and imposed no financial penalty, no suspension and no bar‎.
