Corporate partners Warren S. de Wied and Philip Richter and corporate senior counsel Gail Weinstein are 2019 recipients of the Burton Awards’ Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award for their article published in Law360, titled “Recent Trends In Shareholder Activism.”
 
The Burton Awards is a national non-profit program, run in association with the Library of Congress, which was established to perfect legal writing and reward legal achievements ranging from legal writing, to publications, to the greatest reforms in law. The Law360 Distinguished Legal Writing Award honors law firm partners and associates for clear, concise, and comprehensive legal writing.
