Ms. Mussio has worked on transactional matters relating to a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas exploration, oil refining, aluminum smelting and refining, coal and other mining, chemicals and specialty chemicals, fertilizers, equipment manufacturing, pulp and paper, packaging, graphic services, pharmaceuticals, publishing, food manufacturing and services, and commercial and residential property portfolios.
The general mission of the Environmental Law Section of the NYSBA is to bring together members of the NYSBA who are interested in environmental law for furtherance of the public interest in an effective and fair legal framework for protection of the human and natural environment.
