Carol E. Rosenthal Wins Commercial Observer’s 2019 Top Women in Real Estate Innovation Award

Real estate partner Carol E. Rosenthal received Commercial Observer’s 2019 Top Women in Real Estate Innovation Award, a distinction given to only three individuals in this category. The Innovation Award recognizes women with a vision for real estate, design, or engineering who have made a significant mark on their industry. Ms. Rosenthal was honored at Commercial Observer’s 3rd annual Women in Real Estate Forum on November 13, 2019, which celebrated the accomplishments that women have made in the commercial real estate industry.

Commercial Observer featured Ms. Rosenthal in a profile that highlights her work on a number of transformative real estate transactions, including advising Alloy Development in its 1.03 million-square-foot development, in partnership with the New York City Educational Construction Fund (ECF), of a full block located at 80 Flatbush Avenue in Downtown Brooklyn; representing The Durst Organization in the development of a 2.4 million-square-foot project located on the waterfront of Astoria, Queens; and acting as counsel to the Whitney Museum of American Art on its new museum in the Meatpacking District of New York City; among others.
