Fried Frank acted as counsel to Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Partners  in connection with the sale of its majority stake in Red de Carreteras de Occidente, S.A.B. de C.V. (RCO) to a consortium consisting of Abertis Infraestructuras, S.A. and GIC Special Investments Pte. Ltd. RCO is an integrated operator and developer of infrastructure, and the largest private toll road concessionaire/pure-play toll road operator in Mexico.
