Fried Frank acted as counsel to Meadow Partners in connection with its joint venture with Somerset Partners and subsequently advised the joint venture in its US$100 million financing from Brookfield and US$122.5 million acquisition of 300 East 42nd Street in New York City. The 300 East 42nd Street property is a 230,000-square-foot tower that occupies the block along Second Avenue between East 41st Street and East 42nd Street.
