Fried Frank acted as counsel to Wells Fargo Securities, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs, as representatives of the several underwriters, in New Mountain Finance Corporation's US$94.4 million follow-on equity offering of common stock for gross proceeds, which includes the exercise by the underwriters of their full overallotment option.
 
New Mountain Finance Corporation is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company that has elected to be treated as a Business Development Company (BDC). It has an investment objective to generate current income and capital appreciation through the sourcing and origination of debt securities at all levels of the capital structure, including first and second lien debt, notes, bonds, and mezzanine securities.
