Financing for One Madison’s Acquisition of Ranpak

    

Fried Frank acted as counsel  to Goldman Sachs Lending Partners, as lead arranger, administrative agent, and collateral agent, and funds and other investment vehicles managed or advised by the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, as lenders, in a €140 million term loan, a US$378 million term loan, and a US$45 million revolving credit facility to fund One Madison Corporation's acquisition of and combination with Ranpak Corporation, including the negotiation and execution of financing commitments in connection with the signing of the acquisition. The combined company is Ranpak Holdings Corp., a global leader in environmentally friendly packaging solutions, with over 250 distribution partners worldwide.
