Fried Frank acted as counsel to the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division in its acquisition through its fund West Street Capital Partners VII, together with Hearst, of Slickdeals, a Las Vegas, NV-based consumer-driven deal sharing platform, from Warburg Pincus. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
