Robert Juceam discusses court backlog of immigration cases with New York Law Journal

New York of counsel Robert Juceam was quoted in an article discussing thecontinued backlog of cases in the federal immigration courts both nationwide and in New York. Mr. Juceam commented, “There is an underserving of the immigration courts in a number of respects. First, the number of judges they have, both nationwide and in New York, is inadequate. Judges have to take special care and in effect make the record, and help the respondent bring in the things they need to have.”
