The Wall Street Journal reported the Firm's representation of Cargill in connection with a proposed split-off and disposition of its 64% stake, or 286 million share position, in The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS), a leading provider of crop nutrients and feed ingredients for the global agriculture industry. The deal is valued at more than US$24b.
