Fried Frank announced today that the Firm's work on the recapitalization of TradeWeb as a strategic partnership between Thomson Reuters and ten global dealers, has been selected as a finalist for M&A Advisors Middle Market Corporate/Strategic Acquisition of the Year. Fried Frank represented Thomson Reuters in the transaction. The ten global dealers were Citibank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, The Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS.
