The Marketplace column of the New York Law Journal features Fried Frank’s representation of Kushner Companies in its formation of a two-unit condominium at 666 Fifth Avenue and its subsequent US$525m sale of a controlling interest in the retail condominium unit to a joint venture between the Carlyle Group and Stanley Chera’s Crown Acquisitions.
