An article in the July 1st New York Law Journal entitled "Updating Antitrust, New Commission Gears Up for First Public Meeting" notes that "[t]he 12 members of the U.S. Antitrust Modernization Commission, who were appointed nearly three years after Congress created the body to review and update antitrust law, is gearing up for its first public meeting on July 15....President George W. Bush appointed for members including the chairwoman, Deborah Garza, a partner at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson [LLP]....Ms. Garza spent four years in the 1980s in the Department of Justice."
