An article in the September 13th Wall Street Journal entitled "WPP to Acquire Grey Global Group for $1.52 Billion" notes that "[I]n a move that further consolidates the global advertising industry, Britain's WPP Group PLC said it reached an agreement to purchase Grey Global Group Inc. of New York. People familiar with the matter said the deal would be valued at $1.52 billion in cash and stock.
