The Diversity & Inclusion department works closely with the Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Firm's Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The department creates and implements strategies to improve the Firm's hiring, retention, and promotion of women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ community, and working parents. The department works to ensure Fried Frank is a place of inclusion where all can thrive and reach their full potential and focuses on developing systems, procedures, and operational customs designed to support the Firm's diversity & inclusion goals.
Our Diversity Strategic Plan
The Diversity & Inclusion Office has primary responsibility for driving the Firm's strategic diversity and inclusion plan, which consists of three distinct yet related components: (1) diversifying the partnership and administrative leadership of the Firm, (2) enhancing the impact of the Firm's ERGs, and (3) raising the profile internally and externally of the Firm's Diversity & Inclusion initiative.
