We have long been committed to providing flexible methods for all attorneys, with or without children or other family obligations, to meet their professional and personal goals. An alternative work schedule may be structured in any number of ways, including a reduction in the number of days worked per week, a determination of a set number of hours to be spent in the office on a work day, a target number of billable hours to be worked during a defined time period, a determination of alternative work locations (i.e. working from home), or hourly compensation arrangements. Given that different situations call for different arrangements, the Firm considers a wide variety of options as appropriate.
