Michael H. Rauch is of counsel resident in Fried Frank’s New York
office. He served as the Firm’s co-managing partner from 1998 to 2003 and as
co-chair of the New York litigation department from 1996 to 2000. He joined the
Firm in 1968, became a partner in 1972 and became of counsel in 2004.
Mr. Rauch's practice has focused on complex commercial litigation as well as matters arising from Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and other regulatory matters. He was involved in several of the most significant insider trading cases of the last 20 years, has represented a number of law firms in suits concerning professional liability matters and has notable experience with corporate takeover litigations.
