Allen Kezsbom is a litigation of counsel resident in Fried Frank's New York office.  He joined the Firm in 1986 as a partner.

Mr. Keszbom's practice is founded on the conviction that the key capabilities of a litigator – insight, creativity, judgment and communication – can be applied equally in all substantive areas of the law.  His litigation practice is extraordinarily diverse in nature and includes substantial focus on: antitrust, unfair competition, false advertising, consumer protection and intellectual property, environmental and toxic tort, contract and fraud, corporate and securities, as well as probate matters.

Mr. Kezsbom also has experience with white-collar criminal matters and United States Securities and Exchange investigation and enforcement proceedings.  He has experience in numerous forums, such as jury trials, non-jury proceedings and alternate dispute resolution, as well as appellate representations in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Mr. Kezsbom has written for numerous publications, including the Columbia Business Law Review, and ABA publications such as the Business Law Review, the Tort and Insurance Law Journal, the Chemical Waste Litigation Reporter, the Toxics Law Reporter, the New York Law Journal and The Bankruptcy Strategist.
