David C. Golay is corporate of counsel resident in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 1986 as a partner.
Mr. Golay has worked on a wide variety of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary stock offerings, convertible debt and equity offerings, 144A offerings, private placements, and mutual to stock conversions. His practice also encompasses corporate finance, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, reorganizations and recapitalizations, and private equity transactions.
Additionally, Mr. Golay has experience in real estate finance, including first mortgage and mezzanine financing, bridge equity financing and equity syndications.
