is corporate special counsel in the New York office of Fried Frank and a member of the Firm's Asset Management Practice. He joined the Firm in 2019.
Mr. Mencaroni focuses his practice on asset management matters, primarily on advising sponsors on the structuring, offering and ongoing operations of private investment funds and other alternative investment structures. In addition, he counsels institutional investors on their investments in private investment funds and other alternative investment structures and advises clients on regulatory and compliance matters as well as on carried interest structures.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Mencaroni served as Vice President at a major financial institution and was an asset management counsel at an international law firm.
Mr. Mencaroni is a member of the NYC Bar Association, Florence Bar Association, and New York Law School Alumni Association.
