Stewart Ross is a corporate special counsel resident in Fried Frank's New York office and a member of the Firm's Finance Practice.
Mr. Ross has a specialization in fund finance with numerous representations of investment funds in subscription credit facilities, asset-based credit facilities, lines of credit for general partners and management companies, and individual loan programs for the financing of capital calls by fund management and employees.
Mr. Ross has extensive experience with a wide range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financings, working capital facilities, mezzanine debt financings, and bankruptcy-related financings. He is also experienced in project financings, infrastructure investments, high-yield note issuances, derivative transactions and other credit matters.
Mr. Ross is active in pro bono and community matters and serves on the board of directors and as corporate treasurer of the Bank Information Center, a non-profit that partners with civil society to influence the World Bank and other international financial institutions, promote justice and sustainability, and democratize development.
Before joining Fried Frank, Mr. Ross served as counsel at a large international firm.
