Daniel B. Honeycutt is a corporate associate resident in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office. Mr. Honeycutt is also a member of the Firm's REIT Practice.
Mr. Honeycutt concentrates his practice on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, preferred stock offerings and debt offerings, as well as private placements. He has advised a diverse set of issuers, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), and underwriters, and has advised REITs in a variety of sectors, including office, self-storage, mall, healthcare, industrial, multifamily properties and triple-net lease.
Clients also regularly rely on Mr. Honeycutt's practical advice with respect to an extensive range of general corporate matters, including SEC disclosures, securities law and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Honeycutt is also a zealous advocate of Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders (SMYAL), a local non-profit that supports and empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LBGTQ) youth in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, serving on its Donors Committee. He is also the Co-Founder and President of the Washington College of Law's Lambda Alumni Association and a member of the Millsaps College Young Alumni Advisory Board.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Honeycutt was a senior associate at a large international law firm.
