He advises banks, direct lenders, sponsors, trustees and corporates across a wide range of products, including cov-lite, unitranche, bank-bond, transatlantic, second lien, mezzanine, private high yield and holdco PIK.
Mr. Caddy is the author of a number of articles published in Lexis, Bloomberg Finance L.P., Business Review Europe, Financier Worldwide, EuroWatch and PLC, and regularly presents on a range of topics.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Caddy was a partner at a large international law firm.
