Michael Rosenthall is a corporate associate in the Washington, DC office of Fried Frank. Mr. Rosenthall is also a member of the Firm's REIT Practice.
Mr. Rosenthall represents issuers, underwriters, and selling stockholders in a variety of SEC-registered and exempt transactions, including initial public offerings and common and preferred equity offerings. He advises clients on ongoing SEC disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Rosenthall's experience also includes advising startup and emerging growth companies, often having served in outside general counsel capacity.
Mr. Rosenthall is the chairman of the International Securities Committee of the DC Bar., and also serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center and at Tulane University Law School. Mr. Rosenthall additionally advises various non-profit organizations on a variety of financing and corporate governance-related issues.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Rosenthall worked as an associate in the Washington, DC office of another global law firm, and in the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Corporation Finance.
