Meghan McSkimming is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office.
Ms. McSkimming represents corporations and individuals in a broad array of corporate disputes, state and federal court litigations, and white collar and antitrust matters. She counsels clients on navigating and mitigating potential regulatory threats.
Ms. McSkimming joined Fried Frank after clerking for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey from 2017 to 2018.
Prior to her clerkship, Ms. McSkimming served as corporate counsel to a high-tech company overseeing legal and corporate governance matters and supporting the company's global business teams. She was also an associate at a national law firm.
