Darren A. Littlejohn is a corporate partner, resident in the New York office, and a member of the Firm's Derivatives and Asset Management Practices.
Mr. Littlejohn has extensive experience advising investment banks, fund managers, corporations and other end users on the structuring, regulatory analysis, and documentation of complex derivatives and related products across a broad range of asset classes. In recent years, Mr. Littlejohn has been intimately involved helping clients with the implementation of regulatory reforms impacting derivatives and financial markets more generally.
Prior to Fried Frank, Mr. Littlejohn served as a partner in the Financial Service Practice at an international law firm and was a Managing Director and Senior Counsel in the Legal Department of Goldman Sachs in both New York and London. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Littlejohn oversaw the implementation of regulatory reforms affecting the firm's global derivatives business.
