Edward (Ned) Welch is special counsel in the Corporate Department, resident in Fried Frank's New York Office. He joined the firm in 2017.
Mr. Welch represents issuers, underwriters and placement agents in a variety of financing transactions, including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, both domestically and abroad. He also advises corporate clients on a broad range of securities law, corporate governance and public reporting company matters. Mr. Welch is co-author of “Considerations for Foreign Banks Financing in the US”, published by International Financial Law Review (2014).
