Andrew J. Colosimo
is a corporate partner resident in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2004.
Mr. Colosimo focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate law. He represents a broad range of private equity funds, real estate funds, financial institutions and corporations including AEA Investors, BlackRock, Claren Road, Fortress, Genpact, Green Oak Real Estate, Goldman Sachs, Highbridge, KKR, New Mountain, ONEOK, Rio Tinto and Wafra.
Mr. Colosimo has worked in both Fried Frank's New York and Hong Kong offices.
