Anne Aufhauser is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office. Ms. Aufhauser's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate litigation, including shareholder actions, securities matters, governance issues, and complex commercial disputes. Ms. Aufhauser has represented clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Her clients include public companies, investment banks, and real estate investment trusts.
Ms. Aufhauser maintains an active pro bono practice, and has represented clients in federal habeas actions, immigration matters, and impact litigation focused on protecting reproductive rights.
Ms. Aufhauser is a member of the firm's Sustainability Committee.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Ms. Aufhauser practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC, in Palo Alto, California, and was a summer law clerk for the Honorable Paul Friedman, United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.
