is a special counsel in the Corporate Department, resident in Fried Frank's New York Office. He joined the Firm in 2017.
Mr. Margolis focuses his practice on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including the representation of issuers and underwriters in domestic and international public offerings and private placements such as initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, high-yield and convertible debt offerings, acquisition financings, and related capital market and private equity transactions. In addition, Mr. Margolis advises clients on a variety of securities law and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Margolis routinely advises private and public companies, ranging from emerging growth companies to established publicly-traded corporations, including companies in the biotech, consumer products, e-commerce, fintech, information technology, software, telecommunications and wireless industries.
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Margolis was affiliated with several international law firms.
