Jamie Cohn is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office.
Ms. Cohn's practice includes securities enforcement defense, white collar criminal defense, commercial litigations and antitrust and competition matters. She has represented individuals and entities in connection with investigations by the US Attorney's Office, the US Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal agencies.
Ms. Cohn also maintains an active pro bono practice. She was previously the Fried Frank extern at Her Justice, a nonprofit providing free legal services to low-income women in family and matrimonial litigations throughout New York City. She has represented clients in state and federal court proceedings, including through the Southern District of New York's Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel. Ms. Cohn has also represented refugees seeking asylum and assisted in drafting an amicus brief to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in support of an ordinance protecting women's reproductive rights centers.
