is a German tax partner* resident in Fried Frank's Frankfurt office. She is a German Wirtschaftsprüfer (Certified Public Accountant) and Steuerberater (Certified Tax Advisor). She joined the Firm in 2016.
Ms. Gänsler predominately advises international corporations on their corporate tax matters with a strong cross border focus, in particular on corporate reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions and transfer pricing. She represents her clients on a regular basis in disputes with the tax authorities, including administrative appeals and tax litigation. She also advises clients during tax field audits and counsels on special real estate transfer tax and VAT projects.
Before joining Fried Frank, Ms. Gänsler worked for several years in the tax department of a Magic Circle law firm.
Ms. Gänsler is consistently recommended as German tax specialist in JUVE

She is an author of various professional articles with a focus on corporate tax matters.
Ms. Gänsler is admitted to the Chamber of Tax Consultants and Chamber of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Corporate Income Tax working group at the German Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e.V.) and is a lecturer at the Frankfurt Institute for Law and Finance.
