Samuel K. Dykstra
is a corporate associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office, and a member of the Environmental Practice Group. He joined the Firm in 2016.
Mr. Dykstra advises clients on a broad spectrum of transactional environmental issues, including within the contexts of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, asset transfers and real estate transactions. His practice focuses on assessing and managing environmental health and safety liability, including through significant work with technical consultants, under various domestic and international environmental legal regimes.
Mr. Dykstra was a law clerk for the Honorable Douglas M. Fasciale of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and an Honors Law Clerk with the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment & Natural Resources Division (Environmental Enforcement Section).
