Justin A. Schenck is a corporate associate resident in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office. He joined the Firm in 2016.
Mr. Schenck's practice focuses on advising clients on US governmental regulation of international trade. In particular, he has experience counseling clients on matters related to economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), export controls such as the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), customs regulations, antiboycott, and anti-money laundering rules. Mr. Schenck also counsels clients on the US government's regulation of cross-border investment through the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Schenck was an associate at a large international law firm.
