Will Gay is a special counsel in Fried Frank's Tax Practice, resident in the London office. He joined the Firm in 2015, having trained and practised at a leading London-headquartered international firm before spending a number of years at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP immediately prior to his arrival at Fried Frank.
Mr. Gay advises on a broad range of domestic and international tax issues for clients across a wide and disparate selection of industries. He has particular experience with cross-border M&A, international structuring (both in relation to corporate groups and fund formation), financing and management incentive/carried interest structures, as well as all aspects of real estate and corporate real estate matters.
