Ezra Schneck is a corporate partner resident in Fried Frank's New York office.
Mr. Schneck represents issuers and underwriters in capital markets and finance transactions, with a focus on representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He regularly advises clients in a wide range of complex transactions, including high-yield debt offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, acquisition finance commitment papers and syndicated credit facilities.
In addition, Mr. Schneck advises clients with respect to periodic reporting and other corporate governance matters.
Mr. Schneck is recognized by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) 1000 as a Notable Practitioner in Capital Markets: Debt and Capital Markets: Equity.
Mr. Schneck also serves as pro bono counsel for Yeshivat He'Atid, a private elementary and middle school.
