Kayla Stachniak Kaplan is a litigation associate resident in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office, where she is a member of the Firm's False Claims Act and FIRREA Practice. She joined the Firm in 2009.
Ms. Kaplan represents corporations in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on cases arising under the civil False Claims Act and, in particular, cases involving the financial, aerospace, defense, and healthcare industries.
Ms. Kaplan has been a contributing co-author of FraudMail Alert®, which regularly reports on significant developments in the False Claims Act arena, and speaks frequently on the False Claims Act.
