Richard C. Park is an antitrust partner resident in Fried Frank's Washington, DC office.  He joined the Firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2007.

Mr. Park's practice involves the full range of antitrust counseling, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and representing clients in connection with investigations by the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.  He has experience representing clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries including, software, pharmaceuticals, defense, telecommunications and media.

Mr. Park has published articles concerning, among other things, exclusive teaming arrangements and the viability of antitrust suits in local telephony markets.  He was also a contributor to the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, Antitrust Law Developments (6th ed. 2007), ABA Section of Antitrust Law, 2005 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments (2006), ABA Section of Antitrust Law, 2004 Annual Review of Antitrust Law Developments (2005), and The M&A Lawyer (2010).

Mr. Park is recognized by Benchmark: Litigation in antitrust as a "Local Litigation Star."
