Fried Frank acted as counsel to Brookfield Property Partners, as tenant, in connection with its with its long term net lease of 1100 Avenue of the Americas, a 386,000 office and retail tower which overlooks New York City's Bryant Park. 1100 Avenue of the Americas is expected to become available for renovation and re-leasing when HBO, which currently occupies most of the building, moves to Hudson Yards. The Swig Company is Brookfield's partner in the project.
