Fried Frank represented Fortress Investment Group LLC in its first Yen-denominated fund, Fortress Japan Opportunity Domestic Fund at ¥75b. This Fund, which closed at its cap of US$800m, intends to invest primarily in real estate-related debt and other assets in Japan.
