Yellow Wood Partners Acquires WP-Paris Holdings

  

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Yellow Wood Partners, LLC in its acquisition of WP-Paris Holdings Corp., a company engaged in the design, sourcing, packaging, and wholesale distribution of cosmetic accessories and bath-and-beauty related items to domestic and international retailers. The company's main, wholly-owned operating subsidiary in the US, Paris Presents Incorporated, is headquartered in Gurnee, Illinois and operates five product brands: (i) EcoTools (makeup brushes, hair brushes, and bath and skin care products), (ii) Real Techniques (sponges and brushes), (iii) Body Benefits (bath and beauty products), (iv) Studio Basis (brushes, applicators, mirrors, complexion sponges, and other accessories), and (v) Razz (children's bath products). The transaction is scheduled to close in September, 2018.
