Steven G. Scheinfeld
is Global Chair of Fried Frank's Corporate Department. He joined the Firm as a partner in 1998.
Mr. Scheinfeld has extensive experience in representing clients in various industries in connection with public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, corporate governance matters, financings and complex strategic partnerships.
Mr. Scheinfeld's clients include Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Benchmark, CVS Health, DMGT, Gazit-Globe, Genscape, Goldman Sachs, Greystone & Co., GTIS Partners, ITT, Kimco Realty, L&M Developers, Meritage Properties, Morgan Stanley, Northstar Asset Management, Razor & Tie, REIS, SL Green, Terex, Thomson Reuters and Tradeweb.
Mr. Scheinfeld also spends time on pro bono matters and serves on the Board of The Northside Center for Child Development and on the Board of The Jerusalem Foundation where he acts as general counsel and was the recipient of the 50th
Anniversary Builders of Jerusalem Award.
