Lee S. ParksPartner Lee S. Parks is a member of the corporate department resident in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1991. Mr. Parks is co-head of the Firm's corporate real estate transactions group and has a diverse practice, with a particular emphasis on joint venture transactions, public and private securities offerings, private equity investments, non-mortgage real estate financings, real estate restructurings, real estate fund formation, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and management agreements. His work includes advising clients, including sovereign wealth funds, who are investing in or restructuring securitized financing structures, as well as other aspects of distressed real estate investing. |
