Carmen J. LawrencePartner Carmen J. Lawrence is co-head of the Firm's White Collar Criminal Defense and Securities Enforcement practice group. She is also co-head of the Securities Enforcement and Regulation practice area. Resident in Fried Frank's New York office, she joined the Firm as a partner in 2000. Ms. Lawrence's practice focuses on representing parties in investigations and litigations conducted primarily by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Department of Justice, self-regulatory organizations and state securities regulators, conducting internal investigations, providing crisis management advice to public and private companies and counseling public companies and regulated entities (broker-dealers, investment advisers and investment companies) on their obligations under the federal securities laws. |
