Mr. Bagner represents companies in mergers and acquisitions, proxy contests, public offerings, restructurings, and other transactions. While Mr. Bagner has clients in a variety of different industries, his practice has included a significant number of healthcare-related companies.
Mr. Bagner is also the author of Acquisitions of Troubled Companies: Gearhart Industries, Inc.—A Case Study and Corporate Spinoffs
