Mr. Epstein has a diverse transactional practice which includes representing both public and private companies, investment banking firms and financial sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, takeover preparedness and corporate governance matters.
A trusted business advisor, Mr. Epstein brings extensive knowledge and experience from different deal-making perspectives having advised clients both as an attorney and an investment banker. Previously, Mr. Epstein was an investment banker at Credit Suisse. In this position, he advised companies in a variety of transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, PIPEs, private placements, and M&A opportunities.

In 2016, Mr. Epstein was named by the Partnership for New York City to be a member of the 2016/2017 David Rockefeller Fellows Program. Mr. Epstein is also a NACD Corporate Governance Fellow and was recently recognized as a leading advisor in their Directorship 100. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fordham University School of Law, the Advisory Board of the Practical Law Company and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee: Mergers, Acquisitions & Corporate Control Contests.
