Our private equity fund practice works with investment teams globally to structure funds with an investment emphasis in a variety of regions and countries, including Western Europe, Central Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan and Latin America. In addition, we have worked on the structuring and offering of numerous funds that are listed on exchanges in Europe, as well as other products that are specifically tailored to meet regulatory and tax requirements applicable to investors in Europe, Asia and elsewhere. Our existing relationships with local counsel and other service providers in these jurisdictions allow our clients to cross borders seamlessly.
