Civil False Claims and Qui Tam Actions

Aspen Publishers - Wolters Kluwer Law & Business
By: John T. Boese

Originally published in 1993 and extensively updated annually from 1994 to the current supplement to the Fourth Edition, the book Civil False Claims and Qui Tam Actions was the first comprehensive treatise on the Civil False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § § 3729-33, and the Act's unique qui tam enforcement process. Prior to the publication of the book in 1993, there was no public treatise that discussed all aspects of the Act, including its history, liability, damages, practice and procedure, and qui tam issues.
